中小企業B2B品牌學---參訪恩德科技

台灣的中小企業在品質和技術已經是世界級的龍頭，但是在OEM轉OBM的過程中，卻老是不得其門而入。有幸在5月4日群聚成立大會中邀請台灣精品品牌協會張蕙娟秘書長，為群聚聯盟的中小企業演講「中小企業B2B的品牌行銷準備」獲得熱烈迴響，席間推崇恩德科技於B2B品牌上的經營足以為楷模，遂與張秘書長提議，可否前往參訪取經，深入瞭解謝子仁董事長一路走來深耕品質與品牌的經營理念，提攜中小企業群聚廠商早日走上品牌藍海之路。

pm3:40~4:40 如何經營B2B品牌，現場開放討論。
pm4:40~4:50 參訪結束，滿載而歸。

Introduction to SME-Cluster Project

What are the aims of the SME-Cluster Project?

First, a cluster can be defined as “companies connecting with one another in terms of geographical location, industrial category, supply chain, and derivative services in a competitive and yet cooperative manner.”

The aims of the SME-Cluster Project are to reinforce collaborative R&D among companies; to increase the scale development capacity of SMEs by introducing the resources of R&D and academic institutions and with an open and innovative business model; and to expand the scope of application of resources of external origins for SMEs to display greater power and expand growth through cooperation and competition.

The SME-Cluster Project assists SMEs with innovative characteristics to engage in collaborative R&D of technologies and products, collaborative marketing, individual order acceptance, and thereby integrate resources for SMEs to transform from OEM into ODM through the group competition achieved by clustering.
